Will my Cockatiel survive the winter outside?

Cockatiels are very hardy birds and can survive very well outside all year round including the winter months.

If it is very cold outside make sure that you have a drought proof shelter for them to go into and roost at night.

During the winter months do not bring your cockatiels inside and then outside again because going for cold to hot to cold again is not very good for them and there is a high risk of them falling ill.
